Gideon is committed to making its website and web application usable by people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, and other assistive technologies.

Scope and conformance status
This statement covers the public website at gideondefender.com and the Gideon web application. Native agents, operating-system interfaces, and third-party content may have separate accessibility characteristics.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our accessibility target. We have not yet completed a formal evaluation of every page and workflow and do not currently claim full WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance across the entire platform.
Measures we take
We include accessibility in design and engineering reviews and work toward the following practices:
Support keyboard operation for navigation, forms, dialogs, and other interactive controls.
Provide visible focus indicators and a logical focus order.
Use semantic headings, landmarks, labels, names, roles, and status messages that assistive technologies can interpret.
Maintain sufficient text and interface contrast and avoid using color as the only way to communicate meaning.
Support content resizing and reflow across common viewport sizes and zoom levels.
Combine automated checks with manual keyboard testing and targeted assistive-technology review.
Ongoing assessment and limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing engineering responsibility. Some pages and product workflows have not yet undergone a complete formal audit, and barriers may remain.
As we verify limitations, complete additional testing, and provide alternatives or fixes, we will update this statement. A report from someone affected by a barrier helps us prioritize the most consequential issues.
Report an accessibility barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or in the Gideon web application, email us. If possible, include the page or feature involved, what happened, and what you expected to happen. Information about your browser, operating system, or assistive technology can help us investigate, but it is optional.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days.
If your organization needs accessibility information for a security or procurement review, contact your Gideon account team or email us. We can share the conformance information currently available and discuss our assessment status and accessibility roadmap. We will not represent an Accessibility Conformance Report as complete unless the relevant scope has been evaluated.
